5570/500.000= Cents 1.11
Press Stoppage/Mould Setting:
Total Press Stoppage:
Total Press Stoppage fro 500.000 brick= 236 Hrs
6-8 Hrs
4x7=28 Hrs for 59.500 bricks
4-6 Hrs
4x5=20 Hrs for 500.000 bricks
Saving in Stoppage Hrs=236-20=216Hrs
Saving in Cost/Brick=1.49-1.11=Cents 0,38 (25%)
This is a general comparison: in Your case You arrive to 10.000 tons produced (10.000.000 kgs)
with one mould that means 1.000.000 of bricks SAVING 25% of money.

Advantage in High tech METALCERAMICS MOULDS : (for manufacturing 500.000 Bricks)
1.Cost of brick manufacturing on account of Mould Liners gets reduced by 25%
2.Better brick surface finish and elimination of Lamination (layer formation during pressing/ejection), which normally get into bricks towards the end of life due to high wear in HCHCr liners.
3.Low lead-time of manufacturing due to lower Press stoppage. Less number of mould settings at Press.
4.Lower manpower requirement for mould assembly and setting at Press.
5.Less use of more press-machines.
6.Increasing of pressed bricks.
7.Increasing of turnover
