Construction principle:
Holder plate + strips modular system
Material:Tungsten carbide + Metalceramics + Carbon Steel
Technical specifics:Tiles
Fixing system:High Brazing + mechanic
Liners elasticity:0.5 % respect its surface
Resistance to the damages:Very high
In 90% of situation the production can continue, because the material remain strongly anchored to the strips.
Resistance to the temperature:Over 400°C
Resistance to the acids:Unlimited
Overworking of antiwear material:90%
Friction Coeff.:Reduced of 20% than Steel
Life:15 times more than usual High-Cr-Steel Moulds and Double than any alternative tc Technology (this performance after every re-grinding operation). Eliminated at least 15-20 stops of pressing to change the weared usual high-Cr steel mould.
